The room was clean and the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I agree with all these reviews. We have just returned from two nights in this lovely guest house. Karen and Simon were very warm and welcoming. They really have thought of everything and the bedrooms are very well equipped. The decor is beautiful, very taseful and elegant. The whole place is amazingly clean and I really felt they took pride in their business. We were arriving late and the owners had saved us a parking space which was very much appreciated. The full english breakfast was magnificent...cooked to order so was really hot and fresh. My only two critiscisms are the shower in my room was not good at all as the pressure and temperature were non existant and I really needed my ear plugs as the walls are very,very thin and the couple in the room next door were enjoying their stay imensely!!! All in all...a beautiful place to stay...just pack your ear plugs!

We stayed here last weekend with our friends. This has to be the cleanest and most modern B & B/Hotel we have ever stayed in in Blackpool. The whole place is modern throughout and extremely clean. The Kingsize bedrooms where we stayed were immaculate and had everything in the room you coud ever wish for including bottled water, cotton wool/buds, toiletries, Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate with cookies, ironing board, slippers, bath robes to name but a few - where else would you get this in Blackpool ??!! Simon and Karen are a lovely couple who make you feel welcome straight away. We enjoyed a few drinks in their lounge room with Simon who played a great hilarious host! He went out of his way to make us feel at home in their home.
We are definately returning again and hopefully sooner rather than later.

Found to be extremely central with excellent standards of accomodation and service - excellent breakfast - high standards of cleanliness thoughout..Stongly recommended..
