A well positioned and comfortable guesthouse. Basic, but well presented and more than adequate in terms of room facilities and food quality. Run by competent, friendly and helpful owners who take an obvious pride in the excellent way they run their business. Well done and thanks to Kieran and Adam, we will certainly make the Phoenix our first choice next time we visit Blackpool.

“Absolutely Fab :))”
This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint :)) Its close to everything that you could possibly want or need for a pleasant stay in Blackpool.. The staff always go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and the rooms and communal areas are spotless.. I would recommend staying here to anyone...

“Fantastic”
Fantastic hotel, so good that we are going back in 1 months time for the illuminations. Friendly and helpful service, would highly recommend this guest house to anyone.
Rooms are clean and exactly as advertised.

“Me and my girlfriend stayed at the...”
Me and my girlfriend stayed at the pheonix for 3 nights.The standard double room we had was immaculatey clean and the bed was so comfortable,the staff were helpfull and friendly.It was great value for money and would reccomend it to anyone.Thanks for a great time Dave+Marie
