4 of us had 2 rooms for 2 nights and paid £45 for the room per night. Well worth it. 5-7 mins to north pier, gay bars and town. Rooms well decorated. Bed more comfortable then our own! Didn't have the continental brekkie and only saw owners at check in. Whole wkd was great.

Good location for everything including a good nights sleep. Guest house is very clean and has everything you need. Friendly and helpful place.

A well positioned and comfortable guesthouse. Basic, but well presented and more than adequate in terms of room facilities and food quality. Run by competent, friendly and helpful owners who take an obvious pride in the excellent way they run their business. Well done and thanks to Kieran and Adam, we will certainly make the Phoenix our first choice next time we visit Blackpool.

This was my second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint :)) Its close to everything that you could possibly want or need for a pleasant stay in Blackpool.. The staff always go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and the rooms and communal areas are spotless.. I would recommend staying here to anyone...
