“very friendly guest house”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 October 2011

We have just returned from a long weekend at this guesthouse. The warm and friendly greeting we got from both Jenny and Mark carried on throughout our stay. You couldn't ask for any better. The room was very clean and tidy and had coffee/tea etc and freeview tv. The guesthouse is situated in the middle of the pleasure beach and blackpool tower (10 mins walk either way) which was great and a minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was really nice and put us on for the morning. Mark is an absolute star with his jokes and they are both so good with the kids. We will definitely stay here again next year and would recommend it to anyone. Well done Jenny and Mark for making our stay the best.

“Another great stay at a guest house”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2011

I don't like repeating myself, but staying in guest houses like Tudor House run by Jenny and Mark really makes a difference to your holiday. A more homely atmosphere than big hotels. My room had a nice comfy bed, free view tv, stuff to make tea or coffee and a good sized bathroom. A quiet house and area to be in. Good breakfast, cereal, fry up, toast, orange juice and tea or coffee to start the day.
