This was my 5th year staying with Chris & Christine at Kenilworth. You are made so welcome on arrival, very clean & tidy. The breakfast is form local produce & wide choice.
Room great. Nothing is to much trouble & local knowledge is great. Would recommend every time, I've booked for 2012.

My daughter and I have just returned from a 5 night stay in Windermere, staying with Chris & Christine at The Kenilworth.
From arriving at the guest house to our departure we were made to feel very welcome, and their friendly nature helped to break the ice with other guests at breakfast time etc.
If in the future I plan to pay another visit to Windermere, then I wouldn't hesitate to book at The Kenilworth, or recommend it to others wishing to visit The Lakes.

Kenilworth Guest House is a wonderful B&B in Windermere in the Lake District. Our hosts Christine and Chris were very warm and welcoming. They run a very cosy and comfortable establishment and the breakfasts are great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and both the rooms and en suite bathrooms were quite large. Christine and Chris take great care to look after their guests well and have a lot of helpful tips about places to visit and places to eat. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Kenilworth Guest House and I will definitely look no further if I go back to the Lake District.

I and my husband returned to the Kenilworth as we had enjoyed our previous stay so much. We weren't disappointed! The cleanliness and comfort were just as we remembered. The breakfast is excellent, locally sourced good quality bacon and eggs to name but two! The owners welcomed us back, and were very helpful when we asked for advice on where to go and what to do. I think we will definitely becom 'regulars'!!
