We had the ground floor room it was two single beds one of the beds was next to two windows the street lighting was such that it lit up the whole room as if you had left the lights on and then of course we kept awake by people coming and going through the front door. £66 for B&B was overpriced

Easy to find, great location, fantastic view of Keswick town and surrounding area. Clean and cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality and accommodating host even though we arrived late in the evening. And, the best homemade marmalade ever for the sumptious full English breakfast. What else could one ask for?

The Lincoln Guest House has a very homely feel through out. It is in a excellent location, downtown Keswick is just down the small side street that it's situated on. The guest house is perched on a steep hill but the views are amazing! The owners are very helpful and friendly, made us feel at home through out our stay. We had a very large room with an ensuite and an amazing view! The shower was a bit tricky to work out if you're new to the UK showers and the bed wasn't the most comfortable it sloped down on one side but it didn't cause any problems. The breakfast was very delicious, they waitress remembered exactly what each of us liked, thought that was a nice touch. I'd have to say the decor is a little warn in the bedroom and the price was a little steep but it is in a great location and the owners are very helpful so if you don't mind spending the extra pound than it's worth it!
