We were there only tow nights but Jill and Graham helped us to make the most of our time in the Lake District. We got excellent recommendations for dinner which we could walk to, a route that took us up mountains and down into towns in one day and a huge and tasty breakfast to start us off well each day. It was like being on a private guided tour.

i stayed here for a week with my partner. Jill and Graham are lovely, so welcoming and friendly.
Nothing was too much bother They are extremely knowledgeable about the area..The Guest House is within walking distance of everywhere in Keswick, and is extremely clean.
The breakfasts were excellent as well

just back from another long weekend in the lakes stayed 3 nights at this bnb (4th time so must be good as i'm v/fussy.)jill & graham r superb hosts,welcoming,friendly,do anything for you and very knowledgeable when heading to the mountains.super clean rooms very comfortable. the breakfast is very tasty! with a good variety. this is a great bnb and we will be back.....
p.s. never had any problems with parking and we always go in a transit van.

We stayed in room 3 for 3 nights whilst visiting the theatre. The B&B is perfectly located in a central position with wonderful views at the back. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. One small problem was the parking spaces which are very narrow.
