This was our third visit in 12 months, and everything was as good as ever. Food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful especially as our daughter and her husband had brought not only their 4 year old daughter but also their 12 week old daughter. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to our next visit.

Just returned from another great time at the Keswick Hotel
Nice to see the bedrooms have been decorated and the furniture updated
We have been visiting this hotel for several years-usually twice a year, the food is excellent and staff very efficient
Just two observations-
1-The heating system leaves a lot to be desired, both the dining room and the lounge were only luke warm on our visit. there is a fireplace in the lounge but no fire-why? when the temperatures are below freezing outside.
2-We like many other guests go walking every day-but their is no drying room for coats+boots.

The hotel was nice the service was good, the evening meals were excellent and was only let down by a brandysnap basket that was harder than the surrounding hills but im sure if id have said something then this would have been brought to the chefs attention. fact was i still ate it after a days walk as the filling was good. The only thing that got tedious was the same music night after night, don't think i could manage another night of it. but will possibly return again for a weekend.

My wife and I, plus our daughter over from California for the occasion, sellibrated a very special birthday. We were all looked after very by the staff, especially at dinner where my wife was presented with a cake(provided by us) plus flowers and champers in the room.
