This bed and breakfast is in a lovely setting in a pretty village. The owners were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room was large and clean with a nice ensuite. However, the room was damp and smelly and consequently on the cold side. The heating went off at night and breakfast was served in a coldish breakfast room. The breakfast was lovely but served relatively late on Sunday (9 am) especially for those wanting to make early starts walking. Breakfast was taken at a communal table - only stay if you are sociable in the mornings and enjoy small talk with strangers on your holiday. I cannot comment on the state of other rooms. There was a lovely lounge with a roaring fire for guests. So, all in all, a mixed experience. The mouldy teabag in the teapot was unfortunate but I can't fault the hospitality.
