3 night stay September 2011.
As always, had an excellent stay. As a B&B this is everything we are looking for and will be back again.

The dining room has been extended this year which has created a light/bright area for breakfast with an excellent view down to Coniston Water from each table.

We stayed at Browside on 2nd and 3rd September 2011. We stayed in the Lakeview room and what a room! It is honestly the best place we have ever stayed! The place was very clean, decorated gorgeously, Helen was a great host and the breakfast was amazing! Even the bad weather on Saturday could not ruin the short break. We did not want to leave and will definitely return as soon as we can! Many, many thanks!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in the Lake View room. Great view from this room. Very welcoming host with excellent breakfast. Nice clean room. Will definately stay again.

We stayed here for ten nights for the second year running. As before, Helen's welcome to her Bed and Breakfast made for another delightful stay. Rooms are in good decorative order and maintained to a very high standard (Helen's husband is a builder), clean and warm. Comfy bed, plenty of coathangers, hooks on the doors as well as tea and coffee making facilities which included herb tea and decaffinated coffee. Breakfast enjoyed (vegetarian option and fresh mango included) overlooking a panorama of the hills beyond Coniston with sheep and chckens in the adjacent field. Thank you Helen, hope you can accommodate us again next year.
