“When can we come back?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

Very cosy hotel, with a B&B touch and friendly staff. Due to circomstances we had an upgrade of our room....that suite was a nice treat :-) Magnificent view, marvellous bed and pillows, water, tea and biscuits in the room. The hotel itself: the honesty bar, the fires, different papers available, and an enjoyable breakfast again with magnificent view... An important detail for families with small children: our 2 little ones were very well looked after as well, special mat and wipes and bags had been provided.
The interior is special and warm, but we didn't get to enjoy that because our youngest could not keep his little fingers of all the "inviting stuff" (old books, records, breakable things...) that has been put in every corner :).
Special thanks to David for his care and idea to visit Rochester. We wish him all the best on Feb 8th and I'm sure he'll be a splendid dad by what I have seen this weekend.
Clearly we were very contented guests!
Lots of love from Belgium from Alexandra, Christian and Amory & Floyd

“What a great hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

Everything was just perfect. We spent two nights over the New Year holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely, clean room, warm and friendly welcome, top breakfast and some really nice touches - cheese and biscuits for supper, the honesty bar and hot water bottles for those wholike that sort of thing!

“Returned to this lovely hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

In December my partner and I returned to the Royal Harbour after enjoying it so much last year. It didn't disappoint at all. Lovely open fires, great views, we got the same room too which was nice. The people remembered us, which was nice. The cheese board in the evening was great and the breakfast in the morning perfect. Can't wait to go again!

“A great break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

The Royal Harbour Hotel is a great B&B in a great location. Parking was easy we managed to park outside every time. We were on the top floor with geat views in a cosy room with a nice en-suite. Breakfast was fab, what a choice. It was help yourself in the main, but that is fine. Lovely roaring fires in the lounge areas, great honesty bar and lots to look at and read. An interesting mix of guests, but nice to see the place full.

“Lovely hotel with good view”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 January 2012

Stayed here for a couple of nights, the hotel was lovely, it over looks the harbor and has views of the sea.
Room was very small, but was cosy enough for two people for a couple of nights.
A cheese board selection is available for free for guests, but not on a Monday night.
It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to walk into the high street or along the front to the beach.
Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views, and prove popular.
