We spent a lovely weekend at Orchard House which is set in a quiet village and ideally placed for visiting Dover, Folkestone and the surrounding Kent countryside.
Our hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable on what to visit and where to eat.
Breakfasts were fab and made from locally sourced produce including eggs from their own chickens.
Our room was bright with views over the neighbouring fields, beautifully decorated with a lovely en suite showeroom. Orchard House felt like a home from home.

“In the country!!”
In the country around Dover but close enough to be there in 5-10 mins. We stayed here while attending the British Open and everything was wonderful. Wendy makes a great breakfast and was very helpful with local directions and restaurant recommendations. Eggs are provided by on site hens. The Coast Guard was a fantastic restaurant with great views. We stayed here 3 nights and price may have been higher due to the British Open.

“Orchard House met all my expectations”
I stayed at Orchard House as I was attending British Open Golf at Sandwich for the final 2 days. Wendy and Aiden were great hosts and couldn't be more helpful. Great breakfast and really comfortable bedroom and excellent facilities.

“Lovely place”
We really enjoied our stay at orchard house.House is very quiet stitauted, sroom are lovely, very clean and comfortble with a lot of loving details.Wendy is a very friendly and helpful person.She served a marvellous Englisch breakfast.
