“Valentines Break”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

We booked a special Valentines break with dinner and breakfast included. We upgraded to a q star room but when we got there we were up graded to a suite. It was lovely, so roomy. Some of the drinks were missing in the fridge that we were supposed to get with the upgrade but the problem was immediately rectified when highlighted.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Thanks to all the staff who made our stay memorable.

Dear Sandra,
Many thanks for taking the time to post the a review of your Valentines break. I am pleased you enjoyed your stay and the upgrade to the Suite. The Qstar Room includes a unique drinks package, and apologise at the time the items were not relocated to the Suite prior to your arrival. However I did note this was rectified swiftly and I have passed on your comments to Reception to avoid this oversight in future. With regards, Christine

“3 day Spa break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012

My family & I booked a 3 day Spa break in Oct 2011, to celebrate my Sisters 50th birthday! It was wonderful.
The break included 2 breakfasts 2 Dinners & 1 lunch & the food was amazing!! It also included 2 Spa treatments 1 for 25 mins & another for 55 mins, there was loads of choices.
The rooms were very clean & decor was good too, staff were very friendly & between the 6 of us not one of us could find a single thing to complain about we would defiantly recommend to all

“Lovely relaxing break”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012

Stayed for one night with my husband as a present from my sister, it was paid for with a £200 Spa break gift voucher. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and we had a lovely afternoon in the spa. Hotel spas are a very different breed to regular spas (in my experience) but this was good, with heated loungers, steam room and sauna and a pleasant pool. We were the only two using the facilities so felt quite pampered, and my massage was very relaxing. Lunch was provided in the Spa and was very good, and dinner was lovely, not a massive choice but what there was, was good. Breakfast is buffet style, but certain things are cooked to order, such as poached eggs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and clean.

“Do this if you can!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

My 2 night spa break (including treatments & meals) was booked for me as a present (lucky me!)
My first impression of the hotel was "ooh, how lovely!" Very easy to get to, an hour's drive from SW London & just off the M2 (but still peaceful, as set back from the main road & far enough from the motorway).
Room was perfectly adequate, very clean, very comfortable. The lounge with it's open fires & comfy sofas was a lovely place to relax. Every member of staff that I encountered was friendly, incredibly warm & welcoming (comforting for a lone guest), polite, efficient, & nothing was too much trouble. The bar area needs a little more effort on the customer service side of things though (but nothing drastic).
The spa was fantastic, facilities were very good, but on the 'compact' side, so avoid busy times if you want to chill out completely.
Evening meals were outstanding, lunch very nice & the buffet breakfasts were everything anyone could ask for.
Just one thing - price. Incredible value for money at the advertised web price, but watch out for the single occupancy supplement - at £100 for 2 nights I felt it was pretty hefty!

Room Tip: The far end of the corridor is a good place to be in a hotel as it's less of a thoroughfare and...
