I have been to a fair few hotels in my time and this one...i think is one of the nicest. It is run by very friendly and devoted staff who always try their hardest to accomodate the needs of their guests.
The room are 9 times out of 10 in good condition, in both cleanliness and maintanance aspects. The walls of the rooms can be a little thin at times but the majority of the time everyone is quiet so it doesn't matter.
The location is ok for how close it is to most essential ameanities but I do think it is too close to the motorway, I do apreciate that there is not much that can be done about that now the hotel is built but perhaps investing in some new windows at least for the side facing the motorway might be a good idea.
Overall would recommend to all.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for one night in a family room. The room was clean and comfortable and the sofa bed was made up when we arrived. The price I paid was very reasonable and to think it included breakfast as well!
I found all the staff to be cheerful and helpful which was really welcoming.
All three of us had breakfast in the morning and there were no complaints there. There was plenty of choice and items were topped up when needed. I am staying in another Holiday Inn soon so I hope it will be as good as this one!

Accommodation was very comfortable - most enjoyable stay. Very clean and staff very cheerful and helpful.

We booked this hotel via Paulton holidays for a visit to Peppa Pig world (it was my daughters 3rd birthday). The hotel is conveniently located near the park, about 10 minutes drive and close to the motorway. Check-in was hassle free and the rooms were adequate and clean. The average sized rooms are quite basic and the beds a bit small, but it's not a terribly expensive hotel so you get what you pay for! Breakfast is inclusive and substantial- has everything for different members of the family - small or adult! There must have been a problem with the dishwasher there, as the cutlery was quite dirty! There is ample parking space. There is no restaurant within walking distance, but some good places to eat in Southampton, so going there by car would be recommended My only issue was that there is no refrigerator in the room, so was wondering where to keep my daughters milk, but the kitchen was accommodating enough to refrigerate it for me. Polite efficient staff. Stayed here for 2 nights and would go back if visiting Peppa pig world!
