In my opinion, this hotel is on a par with a typical Premier Inn. I ariived too late to eat in the resturant and had to leave too early to have breakfast, but it all appeared to be nice enough. The staff were friendly, the room was large and clean. If arriving by car keep your eyes peeled for the signs. It's under the hotel which is in the middle of a roundabout, and the access take you away from the roundabout and then back towards it again. There's a nice friendly Indian Resturant nearby which is useful if you arrive late as I did, although the hotel did offer to provide bar food out of resturant hours.

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews. However found nothing at the hotel upsetting. All the staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms clean. The breakfast was included which was no amazing but decent. Never encountered any problems in the car park which has cctv and seen at a reception.

Did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but can recommend No 10 nearby. Also wasted some on a meze at the Fat Fig - dont bother.

Stayed 2 nights on business for 67 per night. Three star hotel and you get what you pay slightly too much for. If the car park was included it would be decent value. Two star breakfast buffet in a one star breakfast room. Staff on reception good. Drinks are half the price in nearby pubs. They rely on our laziness to buy their very expensive beer.
Basically a premier inn with a cafe and bar. Fine for business but would not use for pleasure.

However the lack of things like a bathrobe for the price of £84 B&B or shoecleaning kit in the room and such services that one obtains for similar price leaves this guest assessing Jurys Inn as an average hotel for higher end cost in the area.Plumbing noises and air conditioning hum could annoy lighter sleepers. Bath towels were worn and small - not expecting a bath sheet but a decent bath towel is a reasonable expectation.
Buffet cooked breakfast was acceptable with food kept adequately hot and staff on hand to assist.
