This is the second time in 3 months I have stayed here. The first time with a friend, this time for a more romantic stay. Hotel room was clean and spacious and the restaurant was great once again. The host (Amanda) was just lovely - so friendly and remembered us when we went down for breakfast. Great location to Ikea, shops and harbour. Really enjoyed it and such good value too.

We stayed on the 21st of jan 2012 and found the staff to be very polite and freindly.
When we checked in we had a double room when we went to it and had been booked as a twin which they changed straight away with no problem's.The room was very clean including the bath room the beds very hard but i am used to a soft one.
Dinner in the resturant was excellant ( i would recommend the cheese and biscuits, it was better than on the cruise) the staff again were freindly. a good choice on menu.
Breakfast was very good and as much as you can eat staff again very freindly.
overall i would go again and the price for Dinner & breakfast £22.00 was good value for money.We even called in for Breakfast on the day we returned from crusie.

We visited our son who has recently started at Southampton Uni, we managed to pick this Premier Inn up for a bargain price of £19 for the night ! Once again our room and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and air conditioning working perfectly although when we visited it was extremely cold outside so didnt really need to use the A/C. There is no on-site parking but that again wasn't a problem as you can park in West Quay multi storey for up to 23 hours for £5, last entry is at 10 pm and you can leave car park from 5.30 am. Again we didn't have an evening meal there but did have breakfast which again was great, the added bonus was the lovely person helping out at breakfast called Amanda, she is so friendly/helpful. We will be back again soon !
