Stayed for several days with friend in July 2010. Everything was within walking distance, and it's on a lovely street, a mix of other B&B's as well as very nice homes. The twin room was fine, and breakfast was wonderful. Bathroom is small, but completely functional. The owner was a great help with luggage. Everything here is great. Clean, safe, and conveninet!!!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Eaton Court - best breakfasts ever and lovely comfortable rooms. We were reluctant to leave and come home! Shall definitely be telling our friends to stay here when they come to Southampton prior to going on cruises. Thank you Steve and Lyn and your friendly, helpful staff.

My fiancee and my mother in law stayed there 5 montsh ago , and we had to visit Southampton again in this month, i had searched another alternatives on internet but decide to stay Eaton Court again. Rooms are clean and breakfast is really good. Second day the woman which is preparing brekfast she remember what i want one day before and asked me if i want to same breakfast again and i feel special. Every day they changed our used things in our room. Price was good other hand it is closer to city center, you can walk. But i rented car, and traffic is not hard at there. Also they have car park front and backyard of hotel and its free.

We stayed 3 nights at this B&B Hotel. It was walking distance to the train and bus terminal. The room was a lot bigger than the B&B we had stayed at in London. The beds were comfortable, little extra's like tea/coffee, biscuits, cup of soup, hot chocolate plus the soaps/shampoos were appreciated. The bathroom shower was ample size with plenty hot water and fluffy towels. Full english breakfast was included in the modest tariff but we found it a bit greasy. We prefer our bacon/eggs grilled not fried. The servings were quite large, more than we could eat and a good choice of cereals, toast, fruit and juices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking around town we found this B&B to be better positioned than the major chains, a lot cheaper and good value.
