In the country (well, a small town) rather than the main bulk of the south-eastern Hampshire conurbation, which can be pretty depressing, and so well placed for business in that area or the bigger and noisier centres of Portsmouth and Havant (even Chichester). The high point was the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights and found it necessary to ask for extra towels as they routinely left too few and these were rapidly provided with smiles and apologies. The associated restaurant in the Red Lion across the car park was a pleasant environment and the food very acceptable indeed. The rooms were clean and (for us, on the back face of the building) nicely quiet though the other face of the building abutts on a main road.just where traffic is accelerating away from a corner and a roundabout. That could well be less restful but I have no evidence. Very adequate carpark.

i have recently stayed in the premier inn in horndean, the hotel was not what i expected......as other premier inn's have been alot worse!!! this one however was pretty much perfect i'd say! the rooms are fresh, modern and most of all clean. i couldnt fault the staff, they were more then happy to help and go out of their way for us, very friendly and wanted us to have a relaxing stay. overall this is an extremely good premier inn and i'd recommend it to everyone and anyone. thank you for a wonderful, worry free stay!

highly recommend this hotel, staff were very firendly and the attached restaurant is much better than other restaurants i have experienced when staying away, the room was very clean, modern and quiet
the food in the attached pub restaurant, the red lion, was very fresh as i mainly eat salads and was very pleased with the quality and range of food and the staff were keen to make sure i was looked after
the prices are about what i would expect, i have eaten in cheaper pubs but the food is normally much worse

Stayed here for 2 weeks Mond to Fri with work recently. Rooms are clean and well presented, beds comfortable with extra pillows available. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Stayed on the ground floor for the second week which was a little noisier than the first floor the week before, but only because there was more people walking past.

Loads of parking with CCTV on the car park.

Lovely Table Table pub in the car park, where I dined for breakfast and dinner most days. Lots of vouchers available so look out for these.

All in all a good stay, felt very safe as well being a lone female traveller.
