It's true what they say; when you are hungry you'll eat anything!! Also, you get what you pay for and i got reheated, microwaved to death food. No one cared. Day one of a 4 day stay, looks like i will be going further afield!

The owners of this place need to take a hard look at the reviews and service it provides. Just because they have a captive client (peppa Pig visitors) they dont seem to care. Should not be associated with Premier inns.
Luckily we only had one breakfast there, the first was so bad we cancelled for the next day.
Slow, poor service, by waiters that did not appear to have any interest in what they were doing, coffee like warm water, uncleared dirty tables, in all no organisation whatever.
In the evening we opted for a drink in the bar, but the area was so dirty and smelly we took our drinks to our rooms.
Avoid this place, it does not derserve to survive, but possibly takes loads of money because of its nearness and convenience to PPW.

Arrived with family party of six including an 86 year old at 3.45pm. Told to wait for a table, I assumed they were going to rearrange some tables. I chose this time as I thought it would be quiet and it was, only about a quarter of the tables in use. Stood for ten minutes to be told that there was no room in the main restaurant but that we could have a table in the overspill part but that there would be no at table waitressing, although it would be at the same price! (I would have expected a discount ).I could see the list of reservations and apart from one or two, they didn't commence until 6.15pm. The restaurant wasn't busy and neither was it going to be for at least two and a half hours. The staff are lazy, unhelpful, unprofessional. I will not advise any of my friends to go there.

stopped here for dinner on a sunday after visiting peppa pig world and frankly it was dreadful. Not overly busy however on being shown to our table we were told it was 45 min wait for food.

Had to wait ages for our drinks - another long wait for order to be taken - food arrived on time but was really poor, especially the kids meals.

other tables seemed to be having same delays - overheard one table demanding to speak to the manager who wouldnt come out to see them.

On paying the bill my parents expressed their disappointment to the waitress who admitted - incredibly, i thought - that since Peppa Pig World has opened they've just been overwhelmed.

I'm sorry but thats just not good enough, the park's been in planning for several years and open for 5 months - its not rocket science to have a) some decent food, b) decent service c) serve it in less than an hour. If they cant prepare properly I suggest they dont deserve our custom.

Dont ruin a lovely day at PPW by stopping here - head for McDs at the services down the road - at least you get something edible, decent value and served properly.
