“Perfect choice for Cotswold visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

We stayed 3 nights with the Wilsons at the Parks Farm B and B and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our hosts provided plenty of local knowledge to make our stay even more enjoyable, they were able to recomend several places to eat that were outstanding as well as several daytrips that would let us avoid the tourist traps. The Farm provides a wonderful view of the valley and Winchcombe, breakfast was hearty and delicious. In summary I would heartily recomend Parks Farm B and B for your Cotswold holiday.

“The English countryside at its best!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 August 2011

I spent five nights at Parks Farm this summer and loved every minute of it. Roger and Rosemary instantly made me feel at home, offering me a cozy room with a spectacular view over the valley below and hills beyond, hearty, delicious breakfasts that served to fuel my all-day walks in the Cotswolds, and lively conversation around the communal breakfast table. The house is very comfortable, the countryside around the farm is perfect for explorers of every taste, and the nearby villages offer a feast for the eyes and a balm for the city-weary soul. Roger and Rosemary are exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and have ample suggestions for each day's adventures. Go to Parks Farm and enjoy the English countryside at its best!

“Wonderful stay in a wonderful place”

We spent two nights in this nice farm cottage. Owners are perfect, friendly and chatty but not obstrusive, their dogs are nice, the views on Winchcombe at sunset are beautiful, breakfast is spot on, the room, complete with books on the countryside and chocolates, is comfortable, the bathroom spotless...And all that for £60 per night for a double room, which is a steal.
You just need to be aware that the farm is quite far from the village, and distinctly up the hill. You will need a car, or a bit of courage and good legs.

“A lovely stay in the Cotswolds”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 July 2011

This isolated farmhouse at the head of a beautiful valley overlooking Winchcombe is the ideal place for a relaxing stay.Robin and Rosemary provide well-appointed rooms with good sized private bathrooms with thick large towels and bath robes provided -- (no squeezing into an en-suite cupboard!).The beds are large and comfortable.
Robin and Rosemary are excellent, friendly hosts. The breakfasts eaten around the family kitchen table, are a super way to start the day!
Excellent walking can be enjoyed from the farm, taking in many interesting local sites; ending the day in one of Winchcombe's inns for good evening meals; finally, walking back to the farm, passing Sudely castle with its chapel and fine topiary; arriving back at Parks Farm in the moonlight. Hard to beat!
