Modern and clean rooms, very friendly service. Probably best B&B in Hastings.

Nicely decorated rooms. Every thing was really clean. The owners were very friendly and were very willing to help you with any questions you may have.
unfortunately the matrass was a bit hard.

We stayed just for one weekend and had a lovely time. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, the breakfast was fab, and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Considering the very reasonable price, it's well worth staying here. It's just a shame we could only stay for 2 days.

We had a room consisting of 1 double bed and 1 single bed which was just right for my Wife, Son and myself. The room was very clean and tidy with a good supply of Tea & Coffee and Aero Drinking Chocolate and a packet of biscuits.( Which my Son absolutely loved). The guest house is within easy reach of the Seafront and Old Town and a very Lively Town Centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everybody's needs. Steve and Vicky, who own the Guest house. Are a lovely couple who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is a memorable one. And therefore we would recommend them everytime.
