Quiet but central, with great ocean proximity and wonderful service. Our room for two was small but cleverly laid out and very comfortable. All is within walking distance of quaint shops and a lovely walk along the beach. Highly recommended!

How could i have left it so long to submit a review for this wonderful establishment that goes by the name of One Broad Street . Here we go (i really fancy going for a beer , so this will be shortish) , the hosts are lovely , welcoming , interesting , engaging and all round nice people ! The room was perfect , sizewise , decorwise and spotlessly clean . The breakfast ....... ahhhhhh i am hungry just thinking about it , lovely ! We (Candice and I) have stayed at many similar establishments in Brighton over the last few years , but i have to stay this is the one we will keep returning to now we have found it . Ok so thats it , just book a room , turn up , pay and enjoy the whole experience . Yell them Tom recommended them to you and who knows we may get a huge discount on our next visit .........

Me and hubby stayed here on Saturday night as we were in Brighton for a friends party. Took a while to find the guesthouse due to one way system and lots of no entry signs which confused our sat nav but we got there and luckily managed to park almost outside. We were given a parking permit on arrival for £7 which was valid for 24 hours.

We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, very crisp and white and smelt freshly painted. It had a huge (and comfy) bed, large wardrobe, drawers, 2 chairs, tv, little kitchen area with fridge and tea/coffee and and en suite which was very clean and sparkly! A lovely touch was the water and chocolate, how did they know I had a sweet tooth! The room has a fab view of the sea and big wheel.

Breakfast ordering was easy, you just have to fill in a sheet and hang it outside your door the night before. Lots of choices, we of course went for the full English and it was delicious! There was a selection of cereals and yogurts too that you could help yourself to.

Location was great, just near the pier and big wheel and a short stroll to the Lanes.

So overall a great stay and should we ever need to stay in Brighton again, we will definitely choose One Broad Street!

We stayed in the "Pier" room, where everything was extremely clean and well kept. It looked exactly like the images on their website. We could partially see the big wheel and the ocean, which added a special flair to our visit. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay (except an iron, for safety precautions). My boyfriend had a meeting and needed a shirt ironed, and Ramola promptly offered to do it herself. Before our visit we had spent the previous days in a 4 star hotel in London, and I have to say we were better served here!

The breakfast room was simple, but lovely decorated and had many "Thank you" greeting cards from previous guests on the fireplace - a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The breakfast itself was the best I ever had, and they have vegan options too. Before you get your freshly cooked meal (made by Ramola), you can have cereals, home made granola, fruit and juices from the small buffet.

We'll definitely come back!
