We stayed there for one night as we were visiting brighton for my brothers 50th birthday bash. Staff were very friendly and things like breakfast times were made very clear.
We booked here because it was in the edge of town and had private free parking. Having lived in Brighton for many years I know that parking in-town can be a pain and also that taxis are plentyful!
The room was adequate for a double and ok for £65 (Brighton being fairly expensive as a rule). Unfortunately our room was above the kitchen so there was some noise from blow.
The main thing that let this stay down was that the room was fairly grubby, the lampshade next to my bed for example was absolutely filthy.
The shower was good but you could tell that there had been mold problems in the past. The towels werent the newest either.
Overall it wouldnt take much to make this a better place to stay but sadly on our stay it was lacking.
