Nicely decorated comfy rooms, convenient location, good place to rest your head for a couple of nights.

Not much space in the room I stayed in for 2 people but considering we only stayed 2 nights not so bad. I could have not stayed an additional night in such a confined space. Excellent level of cleanliness, a small wardrobe but again they are trying to make the most out of a small room. Owner very corteous, polite and tall???!!! (lives on the ground floor) - no cooked breakfast available, just biscuits and tea and nescafe sachets (bring your own). plenty of cafes nearby

Very welcoming owners. Happy to help if needed and leave you alone otherwise. Whole house extremely clean. Spacious modern rooms. And the location is perfect with all amenities close. Good value as well for room standard.

Great find in Brighton. Comfortable, spacious and in great location. We particularly liked it because only a small number of bedrooms and so little noise from other guests. Owners friendly as well. If not bothered by big hotel facilities and want somewhere with a bit of quiet and discreet luxury, this ticks the boxes.
