Great B&B, extremely friendly staff made us very welcome, very clean en-suite room, full english breakfast served in the morning was very tasty and freshly made. B&B was also located within sight of the beach and a few mins walk from the center of town.

Stayed over the New Year and was delighted with Alvia in particular the welcome for the new owners. The rooms were great and spotless, the breakfast was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Brighton. We shall go again!

Was a bit worried about booking the Alvia following reading some of the reviews. However, the location was perfect. The room was great and the owners were very plesant.
Under new management with lots of potential.
It was everything we were looking for. A great place for a weekend break in a great city.
