I read the reviews after I'd booked and I must say I was apprehensive as previous reviews weren't exactly great. I needn't have worried! The guesthouse was fab. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was clean with tea making facilities, a tv and well stocked mini bar - what else do you need from somewhere to lay your head for a few nights? If I'd have wanted a 5 * hotel with all singing all dancing facilities I would have booked one! Breakfast was delicious and served with a smile and a sense of humor. Would def stay there again.

This hotel is located close to great restaurants and shops, however, there must be a better place to stay in the area for the amount of money they charge. Staff somewhat friendly, but didn't seem to know the area at all. Breakfast was mediocre, at best. Rooms were clean, but the shower hardly worked. Sound proofing left a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone stay here.

Having just spent 2 nights at the Westbourne Hotel, I am rather supried by some of the negative comments here on Trip Advisor. The Westbourne Hotel is an AA acredited 3 star guest house, which is just a few minutes walk from the pier and everything Brighton has to offer. The property is nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and comes with great customer service from Claudette and Anthony. If you are looking for a luxury hotel or big hotel with entertainment and a wide range of facilities, the Westbourne isn't one for you. But if you are looking for clean, comfortable rooms, great service and good breakfasts, you will not find better for the money. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends.

I stay at Westbourne Hotel for the weekend with my girlfriend and i cannot find one thing to complain about.
The Owners :- Anthony and Claudrette are very friendly and helpful and if you need anything or any information about brighton... Anthony and Claudrette are more then willing to help you.
The location of Westbourne Hotel is Superb as it is within 10 to 15 minutes walk to centre of brighton.
The Rooms are very good value for money and are comfortable. I have no complains and will come back in the near future.
