“Excellent conference venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

A surprisingly good venue considering it looks small from the outside-a large, spacious and airy room with good natural light at the back was ideal for the main meetings but being able to break out into the rest of the hotel was a real asset. Although we were a core group of only 8 we had over 20 people attend and give seminars/address the group over the four days and it all ran so smoothly thanks to the diligent team being on hand at all times to help in any way possible. From the help setting up options for team building before we arrived, to the excellent food supplied in house and the attention to detail in all aspects of our stay, we were really impressed. They gave us a professional environment in which to cover an intense workload while allowing the relaxed atmosphere to ensure we all came away feeling like we'd had a holiday! The rooms were a haven of comfort to come to each evening. Basically the venue made the difference for us in terms of stopping what kind have slid into being just another conference become a real memory and a great bonding experience for all of us.

Room Tip: Check the rooms first-all quite different so good to have a look round.

“Perfect Wedding Venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

My brother and now sister-in-law booked the entire hotel for two nights to celebrate their wedding. It was such a brilliant venue. We decorated the Belle Epoque room for the ceremony with olive trees, flowers and garlands. After the ceremony the 'wedding breakfast' was held there. The two owners were just lovely; Andrew, the General Manager was brilliant (he presented the wedding cake on his knee!). All the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was 'Legacie' which was a large room at the front of the hotel. It was sumptious. There were even hand-made biscuits in the cupboard. It is a great hotel - I give it 5 stars.

“Perfect Get Away”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Brighton. I am a fussy sleeper, so was pleasantly surprised when Andrew the Assistant Manager went to great lengths to describe the rooms. We went for Poppy at the back of the hotel. The room was perfect and the bed divine. Nice touches included lovely choccy biscuits. Rather than the usual bland ones that I have come to expect.
Breakfast was great with some gorgeous home made museli. My partner wanted goats milk which Andrew was pleased to supply..If you are looking for a great hotel with super comfy beds and a selection of unusual themed rooms and great breakfast and just a few mins from the beach and importantly in a quiet part of town. Then Blanc House is the one for you...

“simply wonderful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

We took over the hotel for two nights with friends and family to celebrate our wedding and a birthday. The people at the Blanch House were just incredible - supportive, considerate and seamlessly efficient. Nothing phased them - even the large olive trees brought in for the day! Thank you all.
The Perrier Jouet Room is such an indulgent treat. Breakfast was fabulous. The Wedding Breakfast food was fantastic. The atmosphere was always friendly.
We will be coming back.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are huge. Every room is beautiful and unique.

“Very good”

We stayed in the Alice Room on a Saturday night which is at the back of the hotel. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Our only small criticism was the noise from the bar/restaurant that backs onto the hotel as we returned to our room around 11ish in the evening. That said, we will be back!
