A great hotel., good central location very nicely decorated rooms super friendly staff who couldnt do enough for us The breakfast was lovely all locally sourced and beautifully presented It was good value for money and i would recommend this hotel to all and we had a very enjoyable stay in Brighton

Having spent the night in room 114 with my Wife I am very dissapointed in the comfort of the bed in a Deluxe suite. The matress is in need of replacment as springs where digging into my back and not supporting the body as a good matress should. I had very little sleep due to noise where the room is situated. The room is at the very front of the Hotel and there is a lamp outside that shines through the window all night! A simple blackout blind or curtains would solve this problem. The other proplem I had with my stay is the breakfast we where served. Not only was it cold it was also not freshly cooked. I am very dissatisfied with my stay due to the lack of sleep I had.
The room was decorated very nicely and was very clean, it was purley the comfort that has let it down.

Terrific welcome, very friendly staff, great rooms and decor, enjoyable food from locally sourced ingredients. Two t-girls on a short break couldn't have asked for more, we had such a wonderful time I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody that wants a relaxing, enjoyable break.

Very good value for money, great location and staff helpful and friendly.

Only 2 negatives BUT that is more to do with Brighton - there is no parking and the bathroom is small.

Those are the reasons why only 4 stars but I would only give 5 if there was on site parking.
