We very much enjoyed our stay at the 21. Matt and Andy were great hosts and their attention to detail cannot be faulted. We are regular visitors to Brighton and have been disappointed with the accommodation Hotels such as the Grand have offered, so this was a welcome change. Our room was on the small side and our bed although comfortable was small with our feet against the end board of the bed. The food and hospitality cannot be faulted, we noticed a larger room on the 1st floor and would next time request that room. Breakfast was good and treats left in the room a nice touch

We loved our stay with Matt and Andy. Everything was outstanding. Great room. Super breakfast and snacks. They were careful to make a custom breakfast that considered my eating restrictions... They had chocolates waiting for my wife since it was her birthday. The magic was in the details. We had nice chats with them and learned about Brighton and its highlights.... The location is great near all the attractions. We hope to stay again.

Matt and Andy - you guys really know how to woo your guests and make them feel very welcome. You attention to detail is second to none and made our two day break an absolute pleasure. We can recommend the twenty one to anyone as a great place to stay (room 3 is fab) and one where we felt was good value for money. Close to everything you would need it is an ideal location.
