Very central to brightons centre however be warned the beds are very uncomfortable, the showers produce a cold dribble at best and our top floor room had no central heating only a very old electric fan heater that smelt terrible when switched on.
The kettle had even had mould inside it ! In this day and age essentially much better standard must be provided even to meet current health & safety regulations.
The owner is very friendly but only speaks broken engish.
The location is graet but the accomadation is terrible
I could not recommend a stay here , at least to someone I had any regard for.
