We stayed here in late Oct for the festival of Light event. I wanted somewhere close to the centre of Brighton so I could leave the car, there is an underground car park opposite £24 for the weekend, lit and seemed safe enough, despite the guys sleeping rough on the lower floors.. I booked a room on the opposite side to the main road to avoid the noise from the bars of a night. The room was spacious and very clean with a small balcony facing the sea. There are no other facilities in the hotel except the coffee machine downstairs in the hall. There was some noise from other guests coming and going, mainly doors closing and the sound of walking on the laminated floors. The owner seemed nice enough but was there in the morning making sure everyone left before 11am.
