We spent New Year at the Bella Vista with a large party of adults and children (all aged under 6). It was perfect for us! Great location close to the beach and walking distance into Swanage. Bedrooms were spacious (all en-suite) and done to a high standard and the kitchen was stocked with more plates and cutlery than even we could use. A great place that I would certainly recommend and use again.

As a group of 14 girlies we have used this fabulous house for the last 5 years for our annual house party. Can't wait to go back again in February 2012. The house is spotlessly clean, homely and decorated to a very high standard. Dierdre (the owner) keeps updating and upgrading the place so there is always something new to look forward to each year. It is ideally placed to enable you to leave your car outside for the duration of your stay and chill out in the beautiful surroundings of the purbeck coast. Can't think of anywhere else I would rather go!

I wanted to celebrate a milestone birthday with my family & friends and found the Bella Vista purely because I wanted a big house with plenty of bedrooms... What a find it turned out to be!
The house was perfect for us. The location was ideal, overlooking the bay and a few minutes walk into the town. The bedrooms are beautifully presented, wonderfully comfortable beds with gorgeous linen and all a very good size, not cramped at all considering how many bedrooms there are in the house.
The kitchen is well stocked with more than enough crockery and cutlery for everyone, plenty of fridge space for food and beer and a brilliant quick dishwasher. The 2 lounges meant there was plenty of room for our party of 17 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. Overall all the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We booked the services of Karla, the caterer recommended by Deidre who often cooks at the house and the meal was as good as the house, excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning. No one wanted to leave the Bella Vista that weekend we all loved it so much.

We have used this fantastic property twice in the last year. It is extremely clean and the bedding
and showers are immaculate. The house is warm and inviting and we will be going back very soon. If I could give this property 6 stars I would!!
