We had the 'best' room at the top of the house but it was really small and there was no room to pass each other. The picture of the room made it look quite big but, in reality, it wasn't. The breakfast was 'alright' but nothing to write home about. Parking at the front was not sufficient for the amount of rooms which made parking difficult, given parking restrictions in the area. We didn't find the owners particularly helpful and the booking conditions were quite frightening - you were going to be charged quite excessive amounts for any breakages etc. Was attending a wedding so had to make the booking and, being July, the choices were rather limited. Would definitely not stay here again.
Room Tip: Find somewhere else to stay.

I urge readers to view down these reviews at the other negative comment left by the same party, some 5 months ago.After runing about giving extra service nothing seemed to be enough. This party kept guests awake all night and demanded attention that for a small establishment just was not possible. Not one of this party said anything at the time of leaving even though they were not called on for their bad behaviour. The room is as shown and described. Large enough for one to have a sofa in and the other two chairs, plenty of room to pass SOBER. Bathrooms which are oversized for our type of accommodation. All that can be said is we try our hardest to give the service that people require without being obtrusive. The other reviews seem to reflect this.
