Perhaps it's because I have stayed at some of Bournemouths hotels in the same price bracket that my expectations were a bit high. However I was expecting none of the following...
- CHARGED to use my credit card.
- Tiny bedroom with no room to move around the bed.
- Threadbare carpets.
-Tiny shower room - not enough room to turn round in.
- Threadbare towels - damp!!
- Flatpack wardrobe - still wobbling.
- Mini safe in room seemed to serve no purpose other than to keep the wardrobe from toppling over.
- Breakfast PRECOOKED at about 8am for a 9-30 breakfast - no option to change mind about what I had.
I sincerely hope that the owners of this hotel are reading this and learn from it. Make the changes that need to be made. FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT! Sadly (for them) I will not be risking it again. There are better hotels for much the same money.
