The Hotel appeared to cater for business people and domestic customer's (like ourselves), which made for a bizarre and uncomfortable experience!
As you would expect the staff were varied in age and experience. Though we enjoyed some good service, we also encountered indifference, ignorance and lack of professionalism.
The accommodation was reasonable.
The facilities were generally quite poor. My partner had a manicure, which chipped and came off after 24 hours and a facial, which was too aggressive and used the wrong products for the skin type.
The swimming pool was useless to us, as the staff were reluctant to offer any assistance, in providing for the needs of our disabled daughter. Especially the changing room facilities where they expected us to change our disabled daughter on a bench.
Food was very average for the high prices they were charging. More like a cheap and cheerful pub chain, instead of a four star restaurant.
Overall, we would not stay here again due to the lack of service and poor food.
