My husband and I and our 2 babies stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending my friend's wedding. Our family room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. The cooked breakfast was very good.The location is fantastic. About 2 mins from the cliff top and our children had great fun on the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Had an enjoyable stay in Bournemouth at the Gervis Court Hotel. Breakfast was served between 8:15 to 9:00 which is not everybody’s choice of timing but it seemed to accommodate most people. Full English breakfast was great and tasty.

Alan, the owner chatted with us for ages about cars and bikes which he is genuinely passionate about. He mentioned that the Sunday classic car pier meeting which we enjoyed. We also overheard his discussion when he had, to ask some pikey types to leave the premises as they were very disruptive toward other guests. What strange fellows. I don’t envy his job!

One of our rooms was slightly small but clean and tidy with clean crisp linen. Ours likewise was enormous(room 10). There is a relaxing garden to read in and enjoy the sunshine.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we will be back in October for our BIC concert.

If you like cold showers this is the place for you. Hotel owner unreasonable and could not see what the problem was with this! Read all terrible reviews before booking in this place as it is all true. Why some people go into the hospitality business baffles me!

Good points: Location was close to the Centre of bournemouth and it had it's own parking.The tv was flat screen.
Sorry couldn't find anymore good points.
Bad points: The room was in need of serious repair ie crack in the window, Wardrobe handle missing exposing a sharp screw, no bed side tables or any where to put anything, the light fitting was hanging off. The cleaning looked ok on first sight but then realised as looking around that behind toilet and back of taps etc was really dirty. The bathroom looked as though it was a converted cupboard, it was so tiny we could hardly fit through the door. There was no toiletries except for a bottle of supermarket hand wash. The Breakfast was ok but not hearty as discribed, and the decor needs updating. would not class this as a hotel, it's a Guest house at best. And i wouldn't give it three stars, maybe one.
