AFTER what we had heard we was a bit weary because of what we had been told .WE WERE PLEASANTLY SUPRISED,we were made very welcome ,CLEAN ROOMS AND BEDS EVEN THE TWO SINGLE ROOMS WERE QUITE SPACIOUS,Entertainment every night was very good,the food tasted very nice ,plenty of choice..ONLY ONE COMPLAINT.THE VEGATABLES !!!!.I WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE THAN THREE BRUSSELS ON MY PLATE!!!.would we go again? yes! yes! yes!entertainment room was very spacious with quite a big dance floor.

This hotel is very clean and tidy

I found this hotel very comfortable, friendly helpful staff,excellent breakfast, the position of the hotel couldnt be more central for everything next time i am in Bournemouth i will definately stay there again

We stayed here for a few days this week. It has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in.

The bedrooms are very small and outdated (just think cheap polyester and 1985). The "en-suits" are badly designed - the shower door would only partially open as it hit the toilet bowl. The service was bad (getting told that I could not sit at certian tables for breakfast as they were laid for dinner - although they don't serve dinner; requesting an iron and just getting an iron not the board; the "bar" with the olive green vinyl lounges from 1985 that has a sign saying it stops serving at 10pm being closed at 9:30pm).

If you look around Bournemouth you will find much better for the same money.
