I visited Bournemouth and stayed three nights at this hotel which was priced exceptionally well and offered some excellent facilities, including a large dining area, swimming pool, spa and sauna. My single accommodation was excellent with comfortable room and delightful ensuite. The price to stay was very reasonable as compared to hostel accommodation and other hotels in the region. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the towncenter and the bus stop is a short walk which will take you into town or the rail station. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful whilst other hotel staff were always very pleasant and friendly.
The hotel has undergone a significant facelift with further improvement planned so dont expect a five star palace but it is a warm and welcoming hotel. Hot water temperatures during peak usage periods were intermittent when staying on the top floor of the hotel but this is a small inconvenience. Entertainment was provided in the front lounge area which was a nice treat after a long day of playing tourist. The location allows you to do day trips to Winchester, New Forest and other fabulous locations. Without any hesitation I would return to the hotel for a future stay and visit.
Room Tip: Top floor rooms may or may not have intermittent hot water at peak usage periods.
