Only stayed for one night, but the warm and friendly service provided by all the staff was outstanding. They always greeted you with a warm smile. Would most definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay somewhere in Bournemouth.

Only a one night stay as we were attending a Lee mead concert. Very impressed by the hotel, the food and the wonderful staff. We intend to return for a long weekend very soon.

stayed for a weekend wit my girlfriend. staff were all so welcoming, helpful and polite. The building itself is stunning, and location was fantastic- cose to beach, gardes, town, pier........ Our room was faultless; well presented and so comfortable. we ate dinner athe bar inthe evening- the fod was amazing- the best lasagne I have ever had! And a great choice on the menue! We really did not want to leave and will definately be staying here again when we go back down to Bournemouth later in the year!

Just returned from a 2 day break at The Hermitage, booked the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary, so we wanted something a bit special. It didnt let us down, Excellent location, you can park the car and leave it, everthing is a short walk away.Very clean accomodation, lovely views of the sea,and pier. friendly staff and 1st class breakfast. Thank you all
