I've just come back from my third stay at this great B&B and can recommend it wholeheartedly. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and you get a great breakfast in the morning. Everything possible is done to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and welcoming owners. It is ideally situated in Boscombe, just round the corner from the shops, the beach and, the reason I stayed, the O2 Academy. I will defintely be returning in the future.

We had a lovely long relaxing weekend break at Rosscourt.

We arrived quite late on Friday night and it was a real treat to find that the room was very warm and welcoming (loved the touch lamps and the hot chocolate).

The room was of a good size with a separate seating area and was spotlessly clean. The large bed had crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and there were big soft white towels and luxurious toiletries in the spacious en-suite shower. I normally love my bath but it was no hardship to have a shower here.

Although we were at the front of the building, the thick curtains ensured that traffic noise was minimal and certainly not enough to disturb a great nights sleep. We didn't get up early enough to have breakfast so I can't comment on the food.

Debbie was most welcoming and readily recommended places to eat. The free VIP discount card we were given proved very useful. The area around the B & B isn't the most attractive and didn't feel the safest at night but there are several really good restaurants within walking distance.

The free WiFi was another bonus particularly when you consider the charge some of the large well known hotel chains still make.

The area is the only reason I've not rated it as excellent.

I highly recommend this guest house.

We spent a night at this lovely B&B and can honestly say it was a pleasure to be treated by a jolly, happy and friendly host. The room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed and all the toiletries, towels and flat screen tv you could ask for!
The full English breakfast was excellent, a real treat with plenty of tea, coffee and toast to keep you going for the rest of the day.
A short walk into town, we ate at the Eastern Eye which we also highly recommend.

We have just returned from a long weekend break at Rosscourt and cannot fault any part our stay at this spotlessly clean guest house. The room was a good size with wall mounted flat screen tv. Crisp white cotton duvet covers and large white bathroom towels. Gorgeous smellies in the en-suite bathroom are a lovely finishing touch.
My husband enjoyed the delicious Full English breakfast, a hearty start to anybody's day!! I chose the continental option and was not disappointed with the choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and an abundance of toast and preserves.
Debbie is without doubt the friendliest host I have ever encountered, offering advice regarding places to eat, local walks and places of interest.
I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area.
