We held a Birthday/Family reunion at the hotel last weekend, the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble, the service and food could not be faulted, plenty of choice and well presented, the children loved the swimming pool!!,the only negative comment is that some of the beds were too hard and too small and some of the rooms decor looked a bit "tired", this is just minor cosmetic TLC,however we have recommend this hotel to friends and hope to hold more family reunions here in the future.

I am glad to hear that your family enjoyed their reunion weekend. Customer service is our forte I am glad you were well looked after during your stay.
We find beds to be a very personal thing. On the hole we receive very few negative comments about our beds, however some guest who are used to a softer mattress at home may fine sleeping on a different style of bed a little uncomfortable. If informed of this we do have ways and means of addressing this with our housekeeping department.
We are investing huge amounts into a redecoration programme and are committed to updating our bedroom stock.
