Stayed here and will not ever come back or come back to Bournemouth. It has turned into Blackpool. Stag weekends everywhere. Glass all over beach. He hotel was poor. Tired decoration. Rooms were small, hot and not that clean. Arrived and plugged in an appliance and the socket fell out of wall, then tried tv and this did not work. There is so much noise in the room you can't have the windows open. Carpets don't meet walls, wallpaper coming off. Doors bang all night. So noisy upto about 5am !! There was a big fat gypsy wedding on when we were here. Will not ever return here. To finish the breakfast is not all that either. Staff friendly. It's not their fault but place is awful 1 out of 10 for me.

stayed here on a lads weekend - staff were very helpful and friendly - rooms were a little tired but adequate - breakfast was v good - fairly central.

We had a friendly greeting when we arrived. The one thing I didn't like was being asked for a £50 deposit on my key or if I might cause some damage. I think this must be because they have young groups in that have been a problem but this should not be passed on to all their guests. We found the whole hotel very clean as was our room and comfortable beds. All the staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good with a good selection, down side for me was no scrambled or poached eggs only fried. There were two functions on different nights with loud music until midnight but after that no problem. I would stay here again but I would find out if they had any young groups in first as they do advertise for this and that could spoil your stay. I would like to say thou that this is a nice hotel.

The most creaky floorboards in the world, yelling and shouting from nextdoor room, all night bar which was catering for a function went on untill 5.30 in the morning, no sleep what so ever. On the plus side, staff were lovely and the breakfast was first class.
