Graham and his team made our family Christmas complete. From entering reception at the start of our stay to our last day we found the team eager to make our Christmas break as enjoyable as possible. We would recommend for all ages as our party ranged from 15 to 64 and we have all agreed that we would love to return again next Christmas. Having not experienced a Christmas away before we were unsure what to expect, however we found the food choice & quality to be excellent and the staff entertainment was fun and could find no faults from beginning to end.

We've stayed at many hotels in Bournemouth over the years and of them all, the Elstead has to be the best. The hotel itself was welcoming and our room was large and clean.
The meals were excellent - especially dinner. Beautifully cooked, hot and generous portions.
This was a friendly hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

Visiting my daughter. son in law and grandchildren in Poole, too noisy and busy to stay with them after a long flight so booked this hotel online. I arrived from Heathrow at 8am expecting to be advised that check in would be 3pm. To the contrary, shown to a lovely room immediately, had a great breakfast and a nap before my 6 and 9 year olds descended. Staff lovely, this is a bit of a jewel of a hotel and I will be back there next month as it is my grandaughters 7th.

We have just returned from the Elstead Hotel today after a three day stay. What a wonderful Hotel. The Room was lovely and spotlessly clean, Staff really welcoming and made our stay so special. The Food well it was first class and the Hotel just wonderful. We felt we really wanted to stay there a few more days as we were enjoying ourselves so much. Cannot wait to return to the Elstead again. It really should be graded to a 4-5 star Hotel. Thank you to everyone at the Elstead for our very special stay.
