We have just returned from the Elstead Hotel today after a three day stay. What a wonderful Hotel. The Room was lovely and spotlessly clean, Staff really welcoming and made our stay so special. The Food well it was first class and the Hotel just wonderful. We felt we really wanted to stay there a few more days as we were enjoying ourselves so much. Cannot wait to return to the Elstead again. It really should be graded to a 4-5 star Hotel. Thank you to everyone at the Elstead for our very special stay.

What a nice suprise , Excellent staff and Brilliant food and very good value for money we only booked three days before based on the reviews and the overall rating but they do not do this Hotel Justice we had a upgrade of room at no extra cost when they say best room available they mean just that we will be going back again just like a lot of the other clients.

Even though a valuable member is no longer with you, everything else was to be expected as in previous years,Well done Graham and your staff

Welcoming staff and a very hard working manager, Graham, ensured our stay over Christmas was thoroughly enjoyable. Good value for money, good food and welcoming entertainment even if I was the fairy!
