Stayed for just one night to go to O2. Received a warm and friendly welcome. We were given a large family room which was very clean and had all we wanted. Breakfast was plentiful with a friendly service. We would definately stay here again.

Nice little Hotel not far away form the sea (5 min. walk for the pear), the rooms are a bit old but clean and tidy. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they prepare a very good breakfast!

The family room (with little fridge) was a very good size and had a great sea view. Room could do with some updating, but you can see they are working on it everywhere in hotel. The staff was very friendly, they could not have been more helpful from the reception on arrival and during the breakfast service. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free Wi-Fi internet access in the rooms, and plenty of parking places. Not in the centre of Bournemouth, but close to beach and shops, so perfect location for family with kids.

We were going to a concert at the o2 which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect location for us.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. They catered for special dietary requirements.
We went for the smaller double, and i have stayed in smaller rooms, i didn't think it was too small. There was a drainage problem with the shower water which was the only problem.
