Stayed here on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th Feb 12. Me and a friend booked in advance two see view deluxe rooms. They were fantastic, clean, modern and simply fabulous.
Checked in on friday evening at about 6:30pm had a little nap and went down to the restaurant. I treated my friend and 6 friends to a meal in the restaurant, and it bloody fantastic. a little pricy, but we did have two bottles of wine and quite alot of food. The concierge, a young chap was very knowledgeable and helpful getting us some free parking for the two nights. The swimming pool and gym were great. all in all a great break. Going back end of this month.

I liked the location, the views are impressive. The leisure centre is ok it's not a spa!
The rest of the hotel is a tired Marriott. The same overpriced room service menu and generic food. Breakfast was very good, all cooked to order promptly as the hotel was very quiet.
It's fine as a business hotel, would not stay there for pleasure.

Stayed at the Marriott for a conference and although on a fixed price menu found the quality of food and service as good as would be expected for regular guests. Would certainly stay here again.

Aside from it's great location high, overlooking the beach and BIC Center; this hotel boosts a lovely lounge in the lobby to meet and hang before and after the day's activities. It does have a new section and an old section, but the rooms are decent sized (for UK) and views are lovely. It is pricey for not offering free wi-fi or internet in rooms. But I just love staying here because of it's location. I do wish there were a few more choices for walk-able restaurants, though.
