My wife, daughter, partner and I spent an enjoyable Xmas at this hotel. The Manageress and all her staff worked very hard and were friendly and efficient. We had signature rooms which were large, clean and had views over the pier and Bournemouth International Centre. The food throughout the three night stay was first class with quality rather than quantity being the norm. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. As with previous reviews of this hotel we do not believe it should be a 4 star hotel. There was no mini bar in the room and there is no specific lounge. The hotel converted 2 bedrooms as lounges for the Xmas package. Also the bar area is small and is attached to the restaurant which for some meals was open to the public. However these small niggles should not deter any future visitors who would like to be pamperred. Car parking is a problem as space is severely restricted at the hotel and parking overnight can cost between £7.50 - £12.00 per night.
Room Tip: Book early and go for a signature room which faces the sea as opposed to a suite at the rear.
