Upon arriving at the Malvern hotel my partner and i were greated by the owner Charmaine who seemed very put out at the time of our arrival as in her words had had a late night previously. We arrived at 18.30 btw. parking was described as on site unfortunatly if your car was bigger than a mini then you ran a serious risk of scrathing it between the hotel and next door. our room was the most digusting experiance were were informed that we would have an on suite bathroom at the time of booking only to find it was on the top floor and shared with 3 other rooms, the bathroom was unclean un washed and habited buy foriegn objects our room was small cramped and the sheets were questionable. As a result we stayed for one knight a stayed in another hotel for the remainder of our stay.
