Excellent hospitality and accommodation.The breakfast was a special treat as it was Gluten Free.
The hotel is in easy reach of the beach and local shops and eating places.

Owners can't do enough for you, among the best. The hotel is clean and pleasant smelling. The breakfast is really nice, one of the best, tasty bacon. In fact next time I stay I'll find out where they get it from and bring some home with me and treat the wife and kids. The location is quiet.
The room I was in (4) didn't have a television. I'm not complaining and I think its a good idea not to have a television in the room, just making people aware. I'm sure there are televisions elsewhere in the hotel. I'd stay again and recommend.

This is definitely our favourite place to stay in the Torbay area. Very friendly welcome, you really feel at home here. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a highlight with the locally sourced sausage and bacon a real treat. The hotel is situated within easy reach of the downs at babbacombe and the beach. Torquay harbour is a five minute drive away. Thank you Jacqui and David for another relaxing few days away by the sea...

Very good breakfast.
The hotel is located in a quiet position not far from the sea front.
Just the room was rather small and uncomfortable.... being the only guests in the hotel, we expected to get a better room, unless this was the best one.
