I stayed for 4 nights during August 2011 in a "twin room for single use" at a discounted rate. Was over the moon to find a twin room at £30 a night (I booked thru booking.com well in advance -- may not always be that price) less than the £40 a night it would have been for 2 people and less than many other single rooms in other B&B's. The BREAKFAST is fantastic ***** (5 stars) -- the baked beans are never runny, always served hot and without too much sauce, the fried eggs always done to perfection with perfect runny yolks (you see I like runny egg yolks but not runny baked beans!). Terry is a fantastic chef and Jenny (his wife) is a fabulous, friendly host. ENSUITE BATHROOM -- very spacious, lots of room to move about, not the usual cramped cubicle. Shower unit was double (or triple?) width with a walk-in glass door, and the ensuite had 2 large (frosted) windows, one of which opened for ventilation. A few weeks prior to my trip I had injured my knee in a fall and had to get about on crutches for the whole of my holiday, but Jenny and Terry were very helpful and my room was on the ground floor, so life was made very easy for me, at a time that could have been difficult. :-)
